General Shipping Information

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please note, Itty Bitty Boom will provide tracking information for lithium batteries, and Apex Alternators will provide tracking information for alternators once the orders have been processed and shipped.

Shipping for GMK Audio Subwoofers and Speakers

  • Shipping Location: GMK Audio subwoofers and speakers are shipped directly from our partners in Guangdong, China.

  • Shipping Methods and Times:

    • Standard International Shipping (7-14 business days): For in-stock subwoofers and speakers.

    • Express Shipping (up to 15 business days): Available upon request for an additional fee.

    • Made-to-Order Items: Certain subwoofers and speakers are made to order, potentially adding an additional 7-10 business days to the processing time before shipping.

Shipping for Vinyl Stickers and Apparel

  • Shipping Location: Vinyl stickers/banners and apparel items are made to order and typically ship within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping Methods and Times:

    • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Available for most domestic addresses.

    • Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): Available upon request for an additional fee.

Shipping for Used Items

  • Shipping Responsibility: GMK Audio handles the shipment of all items listed in the "Used" section.

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with used items.

  • Pickup Option: Buyers have the option to pick up used items in person. Please contact us to arrange a pickup.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We offer international shipping to many countries. Please contact customer service for details on international shipping availability and rates.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: GMK Audio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
